Service Description :

Letter from the General Authority for the Disabled Affairs addressed to any entity in Kuwait.

Eligibility or Criteria :

– Disability proof certificate issued by the General Authority for the Disabled Affairs.

Required Documents:

– Copy of the disability proof certificate issued by the General Authority for the Disabled Affairs
– Identification of the disability
– Original smart civil card of the disabled and a copy thereof
– Indicating the entity to which the letter is addressed
– Copy of the military identity from the Ministry of Interior

Procedures :

The required documents shall be submitted to the Medical Secretariat in Sirdab at the General Authority for the Disabled Affairs headquarters in Al Shaab Al Bahri area during the working hours Sundays and Tuesdays for women and Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for men.
